The Program

This workshop will discuss practical strategies to manage conflict between students and preceptors.  We know the preceptor/student relationship is complex and there are a multitude of factors which can lead to conflict.  Conflict can result in harm to both the student and the preceptor so, to avoid dysfunctional conflict, steps can be undertaken to achieve a positive resolution with constructive outcomes.

Target Audience

McMaster MEP preceptors interested in developing skills for conflict resolution.
